emas25 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Activities considered abusive include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated betting with other users, using betting patterns designed to guarantee profit without risk, or any other activity that exploits bonuses contrary to their intended purpose. Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses voided, winnings confiscated, and accounts permanently closed.
Requesting a withdrawal while an active bonus has not yet met its wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus. Only your deposited funds will be returned. If you wish to preserve a bonus, do not request withdrawal until all wagering requirements have been completed.
All users must engage in fair play at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited: collusion with other players, use of automated betting software or bots, exploitation of software vulnerabilities or bugs, use of VPNs or proxy servers to disguise your true location, or any form of cheating or fraud. emas25 employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns and suspicious activity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, emas25 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of emas25 services shall not exceed the amount of your account balance at the time of the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless emas25, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspicious or fraudulent activity, prolonged account inactivity, failure to provide requested verification documents, or behavior that is abusive toward our staff or other users. Upon termination, your access to emas25 services will be immediately revoked.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements. Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. We reserve the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 on dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. You will be notified via email before any fees are applied.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law standards and the laws of the jurisdiction in which emas25 holds its operating licenses. By using our services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes.
In the event of a dispute arising from your use of emas25 services, you agree to first attempt resolution through our customer support channels. If a dispute cannot be resolved through support, either party may escalate to formal arbitration. Arbitration shall be conducted in English and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
You agree to resolve disputes with emas25 on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against emas25.
